Shipping Policies

Most orders are shipped by USPS within 3 days of your order. Please allow 3-10 days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To insure you receive your order when you need it please plan accordingly. During the holidays please place your order at least 1 week prior to ensure timely delivery.

Required Signature

Delivery to residential addresses typically do not require signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is there to sign a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After 3 attempts to deliver the package will be returned to Maia Rain Hair.

Email Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped. If you desire a tracking number please call (248) 221-1549 between the time of 8AM and 5PM CST Monday-Saturday. Maia Rain Hair reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please check back from time to time to note any changes.

Return Policy

All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and items must be in original form.
You will have to provide shipping cost and packaging.
